Madison Cleaning Services have been cleaning St Joseph’s College, Gregory Terrace, for 15 years now. Throughout this time and my involvement with Madison, I have found the company to be extremely professional in their service delivery and their approach to customer satisfaction. Nothing is ever a problem and they will endeavour to jump through hoops to fix any problems that may arise.

Madison Cleaning Services was contracted to the CHOGM Task Force to perform a wide variety of tasks, and were always available to undertake work as required and often at short notice. Their personnel were courteous and polite, adopting a professional and enthusiastic approach to their duties. Their punctuality, reliability and demeanour reflected well on the selection and management practices adopted by Madison Cleaning Services.

Biala City Community Health Centre insists that all contractors be aware of the high security and culturally sensitive services provided. Madison Cleaning Services staff have always adhered to this requirement. The standard of cleaning is consistently high and should issues ever arise, supervisors ensure quick remedial action. This is one of their strengths, along with close communication and their strict inspection program.

Once making contact with Rob Whiteley, the speed to respond with the proposal and mobilise staff to commence work at site allowed a very smooth transition between contractors. The improvement in the cleaning of the buildings was immediate and appreciated by students and staff.
